Holistic Plan: True weight loss success involves both mind and body. We combine effective workouts with simple nutrition and hydration guidance plus stress-management techniques. You’ll learn how to fuel your body with nutritious foods (no starving or crazy restrictions) and how to manage cravings and stress in healthy ways. When you address all these pieces, the weight comes off naturally – and stays off.
Personalized Training: Your program is uniquely yours. We tailor exercise routines to your current fitness level and progress, so you burn fat while building lean muscle (which boosts your metabolism!). Whether you enjoy high-energy cardio, strength training, or low-impact workouts, we’ll find what you love so you actually enjoy coming to the gym.
Accountability & Support: You’ll have a dedicated coach (and a whole community) keeping you motivated. We set realistic goals and celebrate every milestone with you – because we know it’s the little wins that add up. In tough moments, we’ll remind you why you started and keep you on track. You’re never doing this alone at AMPT.

What’s Included
1. Customized Workout Plan
A mix of fat-burning cardio and muscle-toning strength exercises, adjusted as you get fitter. We aim for at least 3–4 workouts a week – a combination of personal training sessions and optional group classes for extra fun.
2. Nutritional Guidance
No “diet” here. Instead, we help you build a better relationship with food. Get simple meal ideas, portion guidance, and tips to enjoy your favorite foods in moderation and stay hydrated. We’ll share easy recipes and grocery lists if you need them, too.
3. Weekly Check-ins
Every week, you’ll touch base with your coach to review progress. We might check weight or measurements occasionally, but we focus more on non-scale victories: how your clothes fit, your energy levels, your mood, your strength gains. These tell the true story.
4. Mindset Coaching
We address the mental side of weight loss – things like emotional eating triggers, body image struggles, and staying motivated. Through conversations and small mindset exercises, we help reframe negative thoughts and celebrate what your body can do.

Getting Started

Consultation
We kick things off with a conversation. Tell us about your goals, past challenges, and what motivates you. We’ll explain our program in detail and answer any questions. (No judgment – we’re here to listen and encourage.)

In-Depth Assessment
In your first session, we’ll do a fitness assessment – check your current fitness level, talk about any medical considerations, maybe do a weigh-in or measurements if you’re comfortable. This helps us create your plan

Set Goals Together
We’ll set realistic, achievable goals (e.g., “lose 1–2 lbs per week,” “drop one dress size in 8 weeks,” or performance goals like “do a full push-up”). Goals will be personal to you and focused on progress, not perfection.

Start Training & Tracking
Then the work (and fun) begins! You’ll attend your sessions, follow the plan, and use our support. We might ask you to keep a simple journal or use an app to track workouts and meals – whatever keeps you mindful and on track.

Ongoing Support
You’ll get constant encouragement. If you hit a plateau, we’ll adjust your plan. If life gets crazy (we all have those weeks!), we’ll help you bounce back without guilt. By the end, you won’t just see a difference on the scale – you’ll feel a difference in your strength, stamina, and self-esteem.

AMPT is proudly located in the heart of Savannah’s West Broad neighborhood at 411 W. Charlton St., Unit A, Savannah, GA 31401 – a historic area that’s as vibrant as our gym’s murals. We chose this location because we believe in community, and we love being part of this one. (Plus, there’s free parking in the West Broad lot, so you can focus on your workout, not worry about the meter.) Our space is designed to make you feel at home – from the friendly front-desk greetings to our resident gym dog occasionally wandering over for a belly rub! Come by for a visit and you’ll see why so many in Savannah have made AMPT their fitness family.
