Crave community but still want personal attention? Small Group Training gives you the best of both worlds. You’ll train with 2–4 people in a semi-private setting, allowing for individualized coaching without sacrificing the motivation and accountability of a group. Whether you’re a beginner looking for support or a fitness vet seeking camaraderie, you’ll get a tailored experience that’s dynamic, fun, and goal-oriented. Show up, work hard, grow together.

Virtual Training / Library
No matter where you are, you can still train the AMPT way. Our virtual coaching and on-demand video library bring expert programming, coaching cues, and mindful movement to your living room. Choose from live Zoom sessions, personalized remote programs, or hundreds of recorded workouts you can do on your schedule. Whether you travel often or prefer to sweat at home, we’ll keep you accountable and progressing with structure, support, and real-time feedback.

Challenges
AMPT Challenges are fitness and lifestyle programs designed to spark transformation from the inside out. They typically run for a set period (e.g. 14, 30, or 60 days) and include guided workouts, nutrition plans, mindset exercises, and community check-ins. Importantly, you can join from anywhere – our challenges are accessible online so you can participate from home, the gym, or on the go.
