What Is Small Group Training?
Our Small Group Training consists of intimate sessions with 2–4 people, led by an expert coach who tailors every workout to each participant. It’s personal training in a group setting – you get the guidance on proper form, a program that adapts as you progress, and exercises aligned with your goals (whether that’s building functional strength, improving mobility, losing weight, or just feeling healthier day-to-day). The best part? You’re sharing the journey.
Who is it for? Anyone who wants results with a side of support – from beginners craving confidence and direction, to friends or family who want to get fit together, to experienced exercisers who thrive on a little friendly competition.
How it works: you’ll sweat through customized circuits, cheer each other on, and maybe even laugh through that last rep – all while our coach ensures mindful, holistic fitness (yes, we’ll remind you to breathe and stay present!) every step of the way.

AMPT is proudly located in the heart of Savannah’s West Broad neighborhood at 411 W. Charlton St., Unit A, Savannah, GA 31401 – a historic area that’s as vibrant as our gym’s murals. We chose this location because we believe in community, and we love being part of this one. (Plus, there’s free parking in the West Broad lot, so you can focus on your workout, not worry about the meter.) Our space is designed to make you feel at home – from the friendly front-desk greetings to our resident gym dog occasionally wandering over for a belly rub!
