Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply have more energy day-to-day, our nutrition coach will be your mentor, cheerleader, and accountability partner on this vital part of your journey.

How Nutrition Coaching Works
When you sign up for Nutrition Coaching, you’re paired with our certified nutrition coach (who’s well-versed in both the science of diet and the art of living a balanced life). The process starts with an in-depth chat: we’ll discuss your current eating habits, lifestyle, preferences, and challenges. Are afternoons a crash-and-burn time for you energy-wise? Do you struggle with late-night snacking, or feel confused about carbs and proteins? Do you have specific dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, etc.) or cultural foods you love? We gather it all to understand where you’re coming from.
From there, we work together to create a plan. This is not a rigid meal plan slapped on paper that you’ll follow for a week and then toss. Instead, think of it as coaching sessions plus a evolving strategy. In regular meetings (weekly or bi-weekly), we’ll set small but impactful goals. For example: Week 1 goal might be eating a protein-packed breakfast each day instead of skipping or grabbing a donut. Week 2, maybe you add one more serving of veggies at lunch. We build habits step by step, so they stick. We’ll provide tools like easy recipes, meal prep tips, hunger/fullness cues awareness, and even grocery shopping guidance if needed. And of course, we tackle mindset: breaking free from “good food vs bad food” thinking, overcoming emotional eating triggers, and learning to truly enjoy food without derailing your goals.
Who is it for? If you’re feeling stuck with your nutrition, this is for you. Perhaps you’ve tried every diet and nothing has lasted. Perhaps you eat pretty well but suspect you could optimize (maybe more protein for muscle gains, or better pre-workout fuel). Or maybe you have a healthy diet but your relationship with food is stressful or joyless. We coach individuals from all walks – busy parents, athletes, those managing health conditions like high cholesterol – customizing the approach to each person.

We chose this location because we believe in community, and we love being part of this one. (Plus, there’s free parking in the West Broad lot, so you can focus on your workout, not worry about the meter.) Our space is designed to make you feel at home – from the friendly front-desk greetings to our resident gym dog occasionally wandering over for a belly rub!
