Fitness, Fun, and Friends
If you feed off the energy of a group or just love a good class environment, our AMPT group classes are calling your name! We offer a variety of classes throughout the week so you can find something that fits your mood and schedule. The music will be pumping, the atmosphere will be encouraging, and our skilled instructors will guide you through a great workout. And don’t worry if you’re new – our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Every exercise can be modified for beginners, and we offer progressions to challenge advanced folks, so everyone breaks a sweat together. The goal is to walk out feeling accomplished and maybe even with a new gym buddy or two

Class Types
Strength & Sweat: A signature bootcamp-style class that mixes weight training and cardio. You’ll move through circuits – think kettlebell swings, TRX rows, battle ropes, and bodyweight exercises – to build strength and get your heart rate up. Great for burning calories and toning up from head to toe. (All levels welcome. Our coaches ensure newcomers learn proper form, while regulars can amp up the weight to keep challenging themselves.)
Booking a Class
We use an easy online system (integrated right here on our site) to book classes. Simply click on the schedule or use our app to reserve your spot. Drop-ins are welcome if space allows, but class sizes are kept moderate so everyone gets attention. If it’s your first class, try to arrive 5–10 minutes early so the instructor can greet you and explain any equipment setup.
