A: Nope! Our challenges are open to everyone, everywhere – you can participate 100% online from any location. You also don’t need an existing gym membership. Each challenge provides all the structure and support you need via video workouts, digital resources, and our online community forums.
A: Absolutely. Beginners are warmly welcomed. Our coaches provide modified exercises and step-by-step guidance so you can start at your own pace. Every workout can be tailored to different abilities. Plus, you’ll have a supportive group cheering you on as you progress. Many first-timers surprise themselves by how much they achieve in just a few weeks!
A: Very little. If you have a body, you’re ready to go! 😄 Most challenges only require basic gear like a pair of dumbbells or a yoga mat, and even those can be substituted with household items (water bottles, etc.) if needed. We’ll let you know in advance if a challenge has any specific requirements. You’ll also need internet access to view workouts and join our online community, of course.

AMPT is proudly located in the heart of Savannah’s West Broad neighborhood at 411 W. Charlton St., Unit A, Savannah, GA 31401 – a historic area that’s as vibrant as our gym’s murals. We chose this location because we believe in community, and we love being part of this one. (Plus, there’s free parking in the West Broad lot, so you can focus on your workout, not worry about the meter.) Our space is designed to make you feel at home – from the friendly front-desk greetings to our resident gym dog occasionally wandering over for a belly rub!
