What Is Body Restoration Therapy?


Body Restoration Therapy is our specialized massage and bodywork service aimed at helping you recover, heal, and truly relax. We integrate various techniques – from classic deep tissue and sports massage to gentle myofascial release and assisted stretching – tailored to what your body needs on that given day. Are your shoulders like rocks from hours at the desk? We’ll focus on releasing that tension.

Lower back acting up after weekend workouts? We’ll gently work out the knots and improve circulation. We even incorporate mindfulness elements, like guiding you to breathe deeply during the session, so you mentally unwind along with your muscles. Each session is personalized: our licensed massage therapists (who understand fitness and anatomy) will chat with you about how you’re feeling and any problem areas, then create a custom bodywork experience to address those issues.

AMPT is proudly located in the heart of Savannah’s West Broad neighborhood at 411 W. Charlton St., Unit A, Savannah, GA 31401 – a historic area that’s as vibrant as our gym’s murals. We chose this location because we believe in community, and we love being part of this one. (Plus, there’s free parking in the West Broad lot, so you can focus on your workout, not worry about the meter.) Our space is designed to make you feel at home – from the friendly front-desk greetings to our resident gym dog occasionally wandering over for a belly rub!
